This was NOT a "secret" deal. It was announced, in many newspapers LAST NOVEMBER! The Congress has NO say so, NONE, in such deals and the president doesn't, either.

And herein lies the problem. Most people have absolutely NO idea what they're talking about, have swallowed, as whole cloth, the rabid, disingenuous propaganda spewed out by the likes of Chuckles Schumer, Hillary Clinton, the N.Y.
