You know, there are quite a few good old Americans driving with no license or insurance also. My point isn't to defend illegals and their lack of driving skills. My point was the have some compassion for the family and friends of the woman killed.
Well, if you can chew bubble gum and walk at the same time then perhaps you can have compassion for the loss of the family and still express outrage over the issue of illegals and the hazards they create on the road. I won't assume that you have that capacity. And maybe you do not realize that once these fellows post bond that is the last that we will see of them. There will be no justice, no restitution for the family. At least there is recourse with citizens.
This story is very sad - but it is obvious it is bound to spark discussion around illegal aliens driving without insurance, etc.
The key question is what laws were broken by whom... the foregone conclusion is that illegals are breaking more laws because in the first place they reside in the USA for long periods of time while ignoring unenforced immigration laws. Then they cause accidents and get noticed...
