Bush is "weak" now because his popularity has fallen.
He was elected 51-48% or whatever.
So do you think anyone that voted against Bush on 2004 has EVER had a favorable opinion of him in these polls? Of course not.
So he was NEVER going to get about 50% approval in these polls...ever.
So how did he get to 40%? 34%???? Because 1/5 to 1/4 of the CONSERVATIVES have been voting their "disapproval" in the polls.
Yeah great. So the BushBorgs have finally gotten their blood, and they're going to take Bush down because he didn't spend trillions on a border wall.
Now Congresscritters scatter from Bush, Frist etal turn their daggers on him while he's "weak" and the true leftists are just hanging in the wings letting the divided house fall to them.
And the entire reason the GOP is in chaos is because...., let me guess, that's riiiight "BUSH'S FAULT!!!" Where have I heard that before?
"he didn't spend trillions on a border wall."
Naw, Bush is doing that on more important things, like prescription drugs.

You have a great flair for the dramatic, however, it is probably pointless to debate here with you as you sound like you are a dyed in the wool Bushbot (which rhymes with robot), and will not allow for any faults to be found in Bush or his policies during his term(s) in office. Impasse reached. And by the way, who is sitting here defending Congress? No one. You are the one who went off on this tangent as if it is a comparison or either/or. These are not mutually exclusive concepts; Congress being inadequate in many ways, and Bush being inadequate in many ways. Nor does it negate some of the good things both have done. For the Pubs, it has been a hard road to hoe, as they have to fight the Dems in Congress all the time, along w/the occasional RINO.
But there is no requirement for the Pubs in Congress to walk in lockstep w/Bush on every issue, especially over something like turning over management of some of our major ports to an Arab company which is owned by their Dubai gov't, without blinking an eye. Now, when you can get off of your platform with your bullhorn, perhaps a rational discussion can be had.
