That's what I say, too. Find a way to weaponize this machine and when we have some violent and out-of-control despots with whom to deal...just have a handful of their palaces quickly and silently reduced to ash. Maybe it won't even leave ashes. Bedouin witnesses on their camels out in the desert will think it was a peculiar form of lightning.
Those loudmouth dictators will eventually get the point.
