I had an experience at a drug store, where the pharmacy tech decided to characterize my illness and medications outloud where anyone could here. I was speechless! I later called and complained to the pharmacist, and he didn't apologize. So, I go to the pharmacy across the street, and they have lost out on HUNDREDS of dollars. :)
