That is what I suggested in one of yesterdays commentaries. It is such a logical progression to follow. The UIA's back must be broken politically. Dawa and SCIRI in particular must be shown once their UIA sponsored block is broken, they have to participate in processes on a more responsible basis.
I sense Omar's suggestion that Allawi could become deputy PM could become a reality. And Jaffari just may step down to save the Dawa parties face.
On the main topic, surely the Iranians are fully aware, that any sub/surface craft they own that is in the water will go poof if the 5^thFleet goes into action. All areas along the coast that contain any form of permenent or sub-mobile Chink/NK rocket launchers will be taken out after they are targeted, any opposition from SAM sites and radar controlled AAA sites, will meet the same fate, as well as any airborn aircraft.
If they do not fully understand this then they really are a bit whacky.
