Thanks Uncle Sham. I don't think I am completely "anything but correct" but I appreciate your data. It should be pointed out that FEMA money does not go strictly to replacement of destroyed structures; it is used also for repairs to non-destroyed structures.
I'm not sure how Haley Barbour "giving to his residents" equates to the Federal government giving to Louisiana residents. Or did I read that wrong. I have no problem if Blanco wants to give Louisiana residents Louisiana money.
Haley is giving what he gets from the Feds. Same as Blanco. Thus, even though Blanco is an incompetant, Haley ain't no hero & the governor of Texas is every bit the crybaby posters on this forum have continually called the citizens of New Orleans.
