During Mardi Gras I went to a web cam that was on Bourbon Street and actually saw girls flashing to the balcony to get beads! Caught me off-guard for a moment.

Yeah cuz... didn't it used to be it was the chicks on the balcony that would flash when the crowd was chanting "Show yer t!ts... show yer t!ts!"?

All the tourists make Bourbon Street a 365 day a year Mardi Gras at night time.
I toured the place on a thru trip back in 2002. NO and Mardi Gras way overrated IMO. The place smelled like rotted garbage and had plenty of derelicts passed out pretty much everywhere. Then there were all the entrenpeures getting their various sex videos done for later sales.
