Here's a question for you: Was President Bush aware of his brother Bill Clinton's deal$ with Dubai?

thx :)

So she held marathon press conferences denouncing the deal and professed not to realize her husband was defending the deal at the sheik's request.

Senate spouses should be bound by the Senate ethics rules.

If folks can't handle that, they have no business being Senators.

But the chances that the Senate is going to close down the biggest back-door bribery scheme used to enrich themselves is about zilch. Not gonna happen. Too many Senators have a hand in that particular cookie jar.

If the 'Pubbies wanted to cement their majority status for the next 50 years, they would become the party of Good Government, and really do something about corruption in Washington. But they are more interested in the quick kill and the fast buck, so they won't do it.

At first glance I thought of the other meaning of "pass."

smile........ So did I. And a little ashamed to say I had a brief nano-second of relief thinking at last they will shut up.
