Oh she'll run alright. Her ego won't allow her not to.
There are not many of us, but I agree with you she will not run, or more likely drop out after a couple of primary debates when it becomes clear that the emperor has no clothes; that she is simply too unlikeable, too incompetent a debater, and does not have good enough political instincts to win the presidency. As far as I am concerned, the longer it takes her to drop out, the better. I am encouraged by stories like this.
She can't afford to lose a re-election bid. The only question now is how aid and comfort the NY GOP is going to give her.

Somehow I also get that feeling. Figure she nets 40+ million, uses minimal funding for her campaign and bags a cool 20-25 mil that she gets to keep.
On the other hand, I would not be suprised if she doesn't run, but gets recruited at the convention after the RATS cannot figure out if they are better with running dog food or cat food as the candidate.
