Stern Takes His Case to Hannity & Colmes
Faced with legal action from CBS Radio, Howard Stern is taking his case to the court of public opinion, beginning with an exclusive interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity on Fox News Channel's Hannity & Colmes show (9-10 p.m. ET) Tuesday and Wednesday, March 7-8. It's Stern's first TV interview since CBS filed suit against Stern last week.
Stern is expected to speak with Hannity about a number of issues, including the multi-million-dollar lawsuit against him and his experiences since he left terrestrial radio to join Sirius Satellite Radio.
Among the allegations in CBS Radio's 43-page complaint, CBS said Stern hijacked millions of dollars worth of CBS Radio airtime to plug Sirius for his own benefit.
Stern has countered that he will not be "bullied" by CBS Radio or Les Moonves, president and CEO of CBS.
"Why did CBS keep Stern for his last few months?" The ratings and revenue from selling ads on his show went through the roof.
Because the CBS execs were too busy listening to Air America and reading the faxes from Howard Dean.
What a clown. All Stern did during the 2004 election season was rag on Fox for being a mouthpiece for Bush. I am convinced he jumped into the political foray only to cry censorship if he were fined by the FCC. I find him to be disingenuous and self-important.
Who cares? Both are losers.
I like Howard Stern sometimes, but when he jumped on GW Bush, and declared he was going to work to defeat him,and would be instrumental in bringing him down, I knew his ego had gotten too big. Neither Howard Stern, Michael Moore, George Soros, Dan Rather, etc. were able to sink GW Bush. Fact is, Moore's $119M "Fahrenheit 911" masterpiece did zilch to hurt GW Bush. For goodness sakes, the Swift Boat Vets destroyed what little impact it had with a measley $100K political ad that sunk that traitor, low life, John Kerry. And...as a side bar, has anyone heard a word about "Brokeback Mountain" today. Revenue numbers are about as low as they can go. Fudge packers lost this one big time, thanks to the Academy stabbing them in the back (Fags don't play well with regular folks. You can stuff the seats with same gays over and over again, as the gay community tried, but, as F911 proved, that don't work) and the millions of cutting jokes have caused more harm for gays then the film did good. That's what happens when you don't live in the real world as it really is. Just like the "Hollywood" gang is lost, so is is Howard. Those who think they are a legend in their own time, usually find out, the only legend they are is in their own mind!!!
Sirius is added to my list of items I will never pay for, along with cable, dish and XM.
What a PIG
That's my question too. They could have, and should have, pulled the plug on the degenerate SOB anytime they wanted. They didn't --- to bad, so sad. Screw CBS and Stern.
And as much as Fox lives to jab at the Old media, they are just as bad in giving the low life Stern a forum.
I am with you on that Stern buzzard! LOL! Who gives a rat's butt?
The insane and the inane.
So, who am I supposed to feel sorry for in this scenario? They both make me want to barf. Am I supposed to feel sorry for Stern, with his 600 billion trillion dollar contract for talking dirty on the radio? Anyone who pays him that, anyone who thinks that's entertainment is an idiot. A fool.
Why is Hannity giving Stern the time of day? The man has perverted the minds of a generation of teenage boys.
on a side note, i used to listen to stern about 13 years ago and before I came to Christ.
I don't remember anything from his show, except this one guy who called in, and was put on the air to tell stern it is even a sin just to think about women in that way.
i don't know why, but that has stuck in my head. We need to pray for stern...
You're probably right. Stern does need prayers. I don't know how his daughters can stand him.
I guess there's an audience though. Just not me.
