The woman caught in adultery was about entrapment...the Pharisees were trying to entrap him between Mosaic Law and Roman Law so that they may bring a charge against him...if you'd like to use such argumentation against me, perhaps I could ask you: should we tell every murderer, rapist, pedophile, sexual predator, thief, drug dealer, etc., etc. - go and sin no more? Should we eliminate justice?
Absolutely not, but all of those sins harm others and there is near universal acceptance in society that they are wrong. Homosexual activity between consenting adults is certainly sinful, but there is neither societal consensus on its immorality and the harm is mainly to the individuals involved. And come on, how is advocating for the death penalty do any good in pushing back the gay activist agenda? The key in this fight is to stop the government from promoting homosexual activity through same sex "marriage" and indoctrination in public schools. Advocating for the death penalty will be rejected by the vast majority of society, will not advance family values one bit but just make those who oppose the gay agenda look foolish. It is as harmful to the family values cause as murdering abortionists is to the pro-life cause. It is shooting oneself in the foot and highly foolish.
