I'm shocked as hell that they would actually charge a cop with a on duty shooting but the charge should be attempted murder not manslaughter.its a start though. Now this just may set a precedent where if the swat teams blows away children and senior citisens when they get the wrong house in a drug raid they might possibly get charged sometimes maybe
