If any of the four conservative justices had done this, the act would have been as well known as the ill-fated shooting of Harry Whittington. Remember too that one Orrin G. Hatch cosponsored her nomination in 1993. Thanks a lot, UT.

I was amazed when I read her bigoted statements regarding religion. So much venom and hatred.

Actual artist rendition of Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg asleep during hearingIs this article saying there is one, or that there would have been one had Scalia or Thomas been sleeping?

That's funny, but it's a fake story.

Might as well snooze, her mind was made up before she heard a word anyway.

Justice Alito didn't cast a vote in a recent case-don't remember which-because he didn't "hear" the arguments. If Ruth snoozes through a case, or 15 minutes worth of it, shouldn't she have to recuse herself?

Your point is well taken. However there is no such photo. Justice Ginzburg has some strange ideas about American Society. Let's not resort to the kind of story telling our leftist Citizens are famous for and start rumors like this one. At least she had the good sense to vote with the Right side regarding freedom of expression with respect to the Military recruiters on Campus.
