that said....the country with the highest percentage of "willing and able" women in the world has to be the Dom Rep....they run a bit more moreno or majon but damn sweet I could tell you some wild Dominican stories along those lines but my Venezuelan girlfriend is hovering about and might have better English reading skills than I figured since she is taking an ESL class at night.
