I have a bit of a quibble with your last category, labeled "atheism." Those are all competing ideas floating around in the field of cosmology, and scientists can be -- and often are -- of various religions. Or none. So one can be, for example, a Christian with any of the views you listed, and still foresee an endless expansion of the universe. In other words, the physical world is a whole different thing from how we view the spiritual. (In my always humble opinion.)
