True, and I am familiar with the area he represents. I spent lots of time in Tennessee.... and outside of the major Cities, there is no support for the oppressive Democrats Party. For almost 10 years I Raced a Drag Boat in and around Tennessee, and most of the South.

I've got a friend who lives in Trenton, works as a schoolteacher in the Trenton school district, and she's registered as a Democrat, and has admitted to voting Republican a majority of the time. I'm not sure if Ford is her representative, but Trenton is just east of Memphis, where Ford is from.
Her biggest beef with the President is understandably the No Child Left Behind Act.
Trenton is a small community, but it's churned out alot of Republican votes.
