Morris was a great contributor to the Creationism debate. I hope that he is relishing every moment now that he is with the Creator.

Wow. Read a really great by Morris. Didn't know he was still around, quite frankly. I'm sure he's having a grand time now!

I read The Long War Against God years ago. I enjoyed it a great deal. RIP, Henry Morris.

I debated Henry Morris in 1986 on the subject of the Age of the Earth: Old or Young? The debate subject was actually my suggestion, after being approached by a local creationist activist, since I thought it would be better to narrow the topic of Creation vs. Evolution.

My statement paraphrased from the debate announcement: "Although I am in profound disagreement with the aims of the creationist movement, I recognize their fundamental right to hold and express their opinion."

If I may quote Einstein: "This death is meaningless. To us true believing physicists, the distinction between past, present, and future is an illusion, even if a persistent one."
