Even Canada requires foreigners to pay for utilizing its public services. We can't afford to give out public benefits to non-citizens for free. Its not fair to the American taxpayer to ask them to make up the difference. There's no reason in the world why illegal aliens should not be assessed the costs of using public services in this country, whether its public education, health, welfare or social services. Its time they paid their fair share like every one else.
