I spent some early years of my childhood in Nashville and lived about a mile or two away from the Witherspoons. In fact, her brother was in my class in elementary school and in my carpool. If my memory serves, they didn't live in Belle Meade per se, but closer to Green Hills. I know she attended Harpeth Hall though which is an excellent all girls private school. The manners and niceties that she displays are her good Nashville upbringing!
