March of the Penguins is up for best documentary. Walk the line is up for a couple of awards.
Actually, all of the films you mentioned are up for some award or another.

I saw Batman Begins a couple of weeks ago on cable. It was one of the best movies I'd seen in quite a while. March of the Penguins was very good as well, but probably too hard for Hollywood types to understand. Still waiting on the rest mentioned to reach on demand since I refuse to step into a theater.
