You are absolutely right.
I have felt since the first attacks on our troops in Iraq, that we should turn EVERY area that attacks Americans into a glassed over parking lot. They fight us from any area, the area is no longer there. After enough parking lots, they'll eventually get the idea, that they need to co-operate...if not out of respect, from fear, that will work for me. Endangering our troops and civil workers to help out people who want to see us all dead is NOT the plan I would have used.....Maybe it's a good thing I wasn't in charge. My mom raised me, telling me to avoid a fight if I could, if not, go in and do as much damage in as short a time possible and they will never bother you again. It has worked for me over the years. If we are at war, lets act like it and not be rebuilding anything!
