I think they are jumping the gun on the race card here. Charging the boat captain doesn't get you as much headlines as charging pro football players. I'm not defending their behavior here, but Culpepper's charges come from receiving a lap dance. Even if there were unsuspecting crew members nearby, I don't think that should result in police charges. Also, according to one article i read, the white people who were engaging in lewd behavior were doing so in the cabin and behind closed doors, away from the other crew members, in other words not in public.
