Let them starve then. Or do it like in Saudi- their families can feed them!
I would feed them exclusively on stale bread and warm water...I would also file a complaint with whoever is sending me so many live prisoners.
I'm not sure if it's the same today, but if you went to jail in Turkey in the 70's the prison system did not feed you. Your family had to bring the food.
