Watching Fox News this morning, I'd say he might be right.

It was disturbing to hear that Shias are moving OUT of Shiite neighborhoods and vice versa.(source: Col Bill Cowen).

Sounds like they are clearing the decks, getting ready for a fight.

Hopefully they are moving to avoid a civil war.

Sorry guys. The only civil war is going on between some kick ass Iraquis and AQ.

(Al-Adala) Tribal leaders in Haweeja, one of the most tense areas of Iraq, have launched a war against terrorist groups linked with al-Qaeda in Iraq, headed by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They issued a declaration on February 28 allowing the killing of anyone involved in sabotage operations such as murder, abduction, property destruction, targeting of security forces, and attacks on oil facilities.

Everything that I see is positive, and I couldn't care less about a few followers of Sadr running for cover.
The main Shiite factions support us, and they don't wish to fall under the Persian thumb, in any case.

You see, we will eventually turn the country over to Iraqis - The Persians would not.
