Exaggerating and misrepresenting hard news or any news should be a criminal offense. Free Republic needs a "bias correction" spot in the forum.

AP ran a retraction/explaination of the Katrina video thing, I think they should print one over their handling of the Port Deal. "Arabs owning Ports" , "Arabs Controlling our Security" Both are false

Despite the sectarian violence, the number of suicide bombers in Iraqi in February stood at 17, about half the total in January. Last summer, there were about 60 per month. Suicide-bomber attacks are the main tactic of al Qaeda in Iraq, the foreign infiltrators whose numbers have declined in the face of tighter border-control measures.

Plus the face that each homicide bomber is only good for one mission; they might be running out of Shaheed.
