I know the BushBots hate Michael Savage, but GWB has only a 34% favorability rating presently and Savage is a solid #3 behind Hannity and Rush. I think that Savage, much to the Bushbots consternation, earned his #3 by speaking what many people see as the truth about GWB and the GOP. He doesn't do what Rush does, you know, GOP great, Dems bad.....so when Savage doesn't repeat the mantra like Rush it rubs Bushbots the wrong way.

Both Jay Severin (who has a national gig now and is doing quite well only into his second month) and Savage are very conservative, in a traditional sense, not GOP rump swabs (as Howie Carr would characterize Rush in private). So, because of this, Michael Savage is labeled insane, but only after ignoring him doesn't work (these are KGB tactics used in the former Soviet Union to quash dissidents).

Every time Savage is labeled insane I know he is doing better and better because in the past, he was only ignored.
