Bowdoin's not Ivy League but in terms of status and reputation there isn't much difference between them. And it's not the kind of school to take jocks just because they're jocks. Obviously your son has a good head on his shoulders. Now I just have to work on his old man. :)
Don't let the school fool ya. My son is as proud of his heritage as I am. He will be taking his ANV Battle Flag to the dorm :)
I was referring to the school as Ivy League, because they play Dartmouth, and all those Massachusetts "Yankee" Schools "ugh" :)
