But someone who believes Big Government started at the END of the Civil War is clueless all around. The United States government shrank at the end of the war after the massive demands of the war effort ended.

It is particularly funny to claim that the RATS are the ones who hate the South when it was the Southern RATS who promoted the racism poisoning the American bloodstream ever since the Civil War.
