Sitting NY State Assembly McLaughlin also gets paid by the government for heading the Central Labor Council, a govt agency that pushes the local union's agenda. This includes the big amnesty push a couple of summers ago. In addition to the main offices, his State Assembly office was raided in Queens yesterday mornining by the FBI.
