This seems to be the new modus operandi of the Lying MSM.
Write the article with elements of truth in it and trust that the public will read the headline only...a headline that is a lie.
Few if any here comment on the tape.
The tape is extremely unflattering to GWB as a leader, given subsequent events and pronouncements by the WH.
If he had done this " Bush should have sent in every branch of the military into N.O", the hurricane would have hit Mobile.
