Why is it I'm not surprised at all to see Duncan Hunter roll over for AlQaida and decide that we really don't need Dubai anymore ~ not as a foreign invester in our shipping infrastructure, and probably not as our primary base of operations for actions in Iraq and elsewhere in the Middle East.

Or is the man simply "stuck on stupid", as is usually the case when he attempts to grapple with an issue.
