On Fox News this morning, teachers around the State are feeling betrayed by this student taping his teachers. I guess they're worried about being held accountable for what they do in their jobs?
Heck, in PA they made tapings illegal if two people are involved. One of the first things that happened after the law was passed was that a cop stopped a reporter to give him a traffic ticket. The cop noticed the reporter had a tape recorder running and filed charges on the reporter for illegally taping a conversation.
They want to protect themselves from getting caught in a lie. Or, in the case of the teacher, the teachers want to be able to deny an allegation and make it one word against another. The tape tells the truth. The truth is the natural enemy of liars.
