And the food is yummy, too.

It's win-win!

Dunno if I am wrong but methinks the 'temple of doom' movie was banned in India for insensitive potrayal of ethnic groups etc...?

I had the pleasure of being in Bombay a few times in the late 60's on merchant ships.

Frankly, I loved it. And the people....out of this world! There were some problems of poverty, but over-all it was wonderful.

I remember being amazed at how well and how many spoke English. I was told that there are so many Indian dialects, that this is the only way they could communicate for business.

I never felt threatened, as for the most part, It is not their nature.

I was not suprised that we out-source over there.

People should travel more, so they can see for themselves.

The meal I visualize is the one Indiana Jones had in the Maharajah's castle: Live snakes, eyeball soup and warm monkey brains.

Oh man, that's just disgusting! They were CHILLED monkey brains that Indy was served!
Kind of a "Monkey Brain Sherbert."

She dates former NFL player Gene Washington, or she did at one time.

It's a strong woman that can protect what she loves the most. A husband and children would have robbed her of joy in her career.

Kudos to Condi her time will come for true love.

Dubya deserves to be greeted grandly in at least one Capital.

This guy, our President, has demonstrated more balls and guts than any other president I remember, and I date back to Cal Coolidge.

He has something like a 72% favorablility rating in India (take that, John Zogby!). And the United States is looked on quite favorably in India.

I herewith submit three cheers for George W Bush, who has taken thousands of undeserved lickin's and kept right on a'tickin'.
