I was just starting to get into the libertarian party when Browne made his famous remarks after the 11 September Atrocities. That turned me off immediately, which is a shame, cuz I tend to like many of the party's core beliefs.

I could see myself becoming a member of the LP, but they'll have to change their stances on natl. security and drug policy first.
But so as to not be disrespectful of his passing by politicizng the discussion, may his soul rest with God.
