I heard the phone call and it sounded like he was having a laughing fit rather than being drunk. After he was able to compose himself he delivered his report without stumbing or slurring his words. It would be hard to do that if he were plastered.

Agree. I don't think he was drunk, unless you mean drunk on his own personna. If you listen to the IMUS show they practically bow at his feet. I think he was just being cutesy. Drudge will be lambasted for taking the whole thing out of context. But it will be fun to see Gregory get a little of his own medicine!
