Either he's on the clock or he's not. If he was intoxicated he should have informed the producer and declined the interview. Their is no excuse for this period!

So he had a few drinks before dinner. Is he supposed to never relax? After all, it was nite time where he was. A few drinks before dinner doesn't give you the giggles. I haven't listened to the audiotape yet, but I honestly can't believe this behavior is the result of liquor.

I think my boss would consider that drinking on the job. The guys a reporter being paid to cover an International Event. Should be an interesting story for Al Jazeer...now that would sweet!
