A U S foreign service worker and his driver were killed. Also, 1 or 2 bystanders in the immediate vicinity were killed. The perp was able to ram the explosive laden vehicle directly into the target vehicle carrying the U S foreign service worker.

It was a US Foreign Service Officer. [vice worker] Two other FSOs were injured. The Pak driver was killed.
