This is 100% stupid. This is why we have vibrate mode or silent mode.
It is very simple, the phone companies will just adjust their phones to bypass this.
It's called VIBRATE!!!
Now we just need to have hot tar and feathers available for the annoyed to use on those that don't take the two seconds to activate the vibrate mode!!!
