Since they were advocating a violent Protest action, it is extremely childish for them to whine when people return the rhetorical violence to them.

Hmmmm.... Nice try, but "mow 'em down like terrorists" is just a bit harsh. You really need to learn to pick your battles; and for those you do pick, you really need to think up more convincing arguments.

As I pointed out. The Author selectively cherry picked the quote as well as took them out of context. I did not see the post you mention but the ones I did see are deliberately misquoted. That is a lie by omission. Knowingly withholding data to create a false impression. Secondly, they did NOT put the comment into context. Responding to people advocating rhetorical violence with rhetorical violence is not over the top. If the Gay Activists object to the response they got, they should control their rhetoric. They got served in the same coin they paid out. If you cannot take it, do not dish it out.

Actually I suggest you learn to mind your own business if you cannot handle the facts. Don't remember anyone appointing you to any position of judgment or authority over Free Republic. If you object to the rhetoric sent your way, don't dish it out.

Then if you do choose to object, have the bare minimum of intellectual honesty to completely and factually quote it, not lie by omission by misquoting and misrepresenting the statements. A lie is still a lie even when dressed up in self righteous, holier then thou, pompous posturing.
