Yep, and the good thing about this one is that it should hold up if it does go to the Supreme Court. I don't see 5 votes on the court for the laws banning abortions. With Kennedy as the swing, we should be shooting to ban late-term abortions, waiting periods, and parental notifications. I think the all out bans will set the momentum back when they get swatted down by the courts.
