Pak and saudi are our worst 'allies' at the moment but before they turn into irans, I'd rather we handle one thron at a time. Pak's time will come, so help them God.

If US knows and yet she choose to arm Pakistan with weaponry, then it can only mean that the US is playing a double game. Call me a conspiricy theorist but US would have a hard time explaining Indians why Pakistan is being rewarded when they haven't even started acting against the terrorists.

Mushy visited China a week back and came back with a deal to 'buy' 2 chinese nuke power plants. Ostensibly, this is a ploy to pressure Bush into a civilian nuke deal with Pak as well.
The US could easily squeeze Pak so hard economically alone, Pak will collapse within a week.
Right now, we deal with Iran first. India has suffered Pak sponsored jihad for years now. In another 10 yrs it'll be so far ahead of Pak in every conceivable sphere that Pak will have as much nuisance value as Bangladesh does today (minus the immigration timebomb though).
Its easy to pigeonhole behaviour and call folks stupid. State isn't perfect but it isnt blind either. Their considerations extend to beyond south asia and into central asia and the mid east. We dont want a Pak becoming another north korea right now, IMHO.
Yeah Mr. President, we demand you fight this war with NO allies and NO weapons. If you don't hate the guys we hate, then you're just not doing your job. You have to go into this thing with only US at your side, but don't depend too much on us because we haven't been able to do jack sh*t about this problem.

You are too naive. AQ is not 1 cohesive organisation and Mush has been financing jehadi outfits in Pak for decades.
Also remember such attacks can also be orchestrated by Mush himself to convince people in the western world of his "credibility" ie to fool people exactly like you.. You have no freakin idea how murky the water is.
If we had finished that job when afghanistan was liberated and had cleaned up all of the neighbourhood instead of 1 part of it, we would definitely be better off. If Pak doesnt want to do it, somebody else has to.
