Did Ronald Reagan or George Bush ever make a habit of critiquing Clinton's policies while he was in office? Or did they let the elected President perform his job?
It's like them calling up Michael Isner about what Robert Iger is doing.
To be fair, George Bush did give his opinion on the Monica situation and Ronald just could not possibly speak about it for obvious reasons.
