The racketeering laws would be more correctly applied to the abortion providers.

Exactly. The real criminals and racketeers are the abortionists and their organizations like Planned Parenthood, who profit in fees and charges for murdering the baby, and then they profit after the murder by making some, if not all of the byproducts of that murder available for medical purposes.

Planned Parenthood on average, receives well over 250 million dollars a YEAR in taxpayer funds, and an average of 200 million+ in donations from corporations and businesses and private donations.

I have always believed that one way to drastically reduce the number of abortions is to make it mandatory for any woman contemplating such a decision to:

a.) watch her unborn baby moving around inside the womb via ultrasound,

and if they are still so heartless as to want to murder that little person,

b.) watch as the abortionist destroys that life in real time, also on ultrasound.

Then for good measure, give the murderess a photo of her deceased unborn child, to contemplate in those solitary hours when she wonders if "she did the right thing or not".
