I do believe it is possible to kill an adult (for example in a fight) without being an unreformable murderer... but to kill a pregnant woman and then her 7 year old son - I don't see how this was even debatable.
People were debating the issue because the woman killed was messing with Barbee's life. From what is being said, she was telling Barbee that she would confront his wife about their unborn child. Through DNA testing we've since found out that the unborn child wasn't Barbee's.

This clown was pushed into action by the pregnant girlfriend who threatened to ruin his life by telling his wife about them and "his" new baby in the oven. The trashy broad was wrong several ways, it was not his baby, (cheating on the cheater) and he didn't react by cowering to her threats. He killed the 7 year old when he walked in on the action. What kind of person do you suppose the 7 year old would grow up to be??????? We'll never know, but good riddance to the rest of the rats. The biggest shame is Barbee didn't eliminate himself and save the taxpayers a million or so.
