[Kate of Spice Island]

The only show I can handle right now with any violence or anything is 24. I duck an dcover from the TV and it has my whole family freaked out. (The kids pretty much understand why, but it was hard for their dad to get used to the first few times he saw me do it.)

I figure I may eventually be OK and a friend of mine e-mailed me a webpage that has horizontal eye movement with light that she wants me to bring to my doctor on Wednesday to ask about so that I can get the OK to try to self treat to get rid of the after effects of it all.

We tried to watch Lords of the Rings and my sons' dad thought I would be OK since it is fntasy/fiction, but I couldn't handle it and we agreed to watch it is small doses.
