Yeah an impotent, lame duck President, radioactive to his own party like Clinton was during his impeachment period. He wont be able to get any thing through congress, he wont be able to muster support for any necessary foreign policy initiatives, and he may not be able to add anyone to the courts to the right of Sen "Foreign Law" Spector. But he will still be able to travel on Air Force One and make his weekly radio addresses...so yeah he will still be President Figure Head. Stick your head in the sand and dont worry, this dolt never has to worry about getting re-elected. This truly is the best of all possible worlds.
