So is this retirement like the pre-'02 elections Cheney retirement, pre-'04 elections Cheney retirement, or post-'04 elections retirement? I can't keep track of 'em all! I know, and I didn't get the memo whether this is to set up Rudy, Frist, mcCain or Condi. How are we supposed to know what to say if they don't get us the memo in time. Just another sign of the chaos and incompetence inside the WH.
