IMHO, Hannity is only #2 because he doesn't have any national competition in his timeslot.. It is a natural progression for someone listening to Rush to leave the radio on, thus, Hannity. If, for example, Tony Snow was in the same slot as Hannity, he would be savaged.

So more people listen to Limbaugh then turn off Hannity then stay around to listen to Hannity. I can understand that.
