..the contract is not public..

Actually, all of the terms of this deal is public, from what P&O has done and currently does at the port container terminals to the terms of the sale of P&O to DPI.

If the contract is public -- not a contract like it, not a form application, etc., etc., -- then post it for all of us to see. I was just told by someone senior in the administration that it is not public.
